Food & Beverage Vendors
Food & Beverage Review
How to Become a Vendor
We encourage the use of organic, unrefined, and locally grown ingredients. Non-local ingredients should be kept to a minimum. Major ingredients and flavourings should be local. We encourage purchasing ingredients from our market farmers. Please read the Policy Manual and ensure your farm fits the market policies.
